NHS England required visibility of initiatives in progress across the NHS. Heads of trusts would be able to have oversight of the successes and failures of current and expired initiatives. We took a rapid prototype to the pitch to demonstrate the ease and swiftness of our processes.
Recorded interviews and workshops gathering data on work characteristics as part of a larger Digital Workplace Strategy for the Department of Health and Social Care. Grouped findings into clear all-encompassing personas including qualitative and quantitative data.
As part of a pitch we created journeys for their new approach to pension schemes in the NHS. We also created a marketing direction to incorporate into the web flows to help highlight the benefits of the NHS pension scheme solutions for pensions.
