I have a recent project where I was part of a team that created new version of a mobile app including a new design system and sketch library for British Gas. We evolved the customer facing app from both a visual and functional point of view based on user testing and feedback. My involvement was remapping of the Information Architecture, UI design, interaction and owning the user testing.
